Virtual Personnel Solutions offers two service options to suit you and your business:

Dedicated Staff

This is where we will provide you with a dedicated staff member to work with you on a long term basis.

This service is for anyone who wants a staff member in a quick and easy manner. In this service, as the Client, you will pay us on a single invoice, and we will ensure that this covers all the costs associated with your Virtual Personnel.

Essentially, we will act like your outsourced HR department, where we will recruit staff, report any absences or changes and manage the payroll. What we are unable to provide is staff supervision or project management of the staff. If you are looking at taking on more than 3 Virtual Personnel through our Managed Services option, we would recommend that you consider hiring a project manager.

Casual Staff:

Often, our clients have the need to complete a short term project, or have an urgent deadline to meet.

We will introduce you to a Virtual Project Coordinator who will be managing a virtual team to ensure that your work is completed by the agreed timeframe, with a commitment to ensuring you are completely satisfied.

This service is for anyone who is seeking to outsource short term projects, or someone who has an urgent deadline to meet. We will quote you for the number of labour hours this project would take to complete, however as your project is a team effort, we will deliver it to the agreed timeframe and to your satisfaction.

We are committed to providing you with a high standard of Virtual Personnel, so as part of our quality assurance process, we will be in touch with you and your Virtual Personnel regularly to ensure that there is mutual satisfaction.
